Podbreath Meditation Playlist "Kit"

The Podbreath Meditation "Kit" is essential in making your Podbreath podcast
experience complete. A Podbreath meditation is made up of three parts.

  The Podbreath Podcast (which includes an opening chime.)

  A period of silence.
  A closing chime.

Once you receive your Podbreath podcast create a playlist on iTunes and place
 the current podcast as the first track. You then need to determine how
long you wish to make your sitting before a closing chime concludes the meditation.
Some may wish to enjoy a long meditation following the
Podcast and others a shorter one.
Track two (following the podcast) will be a Middle Silence track you may download from this page.
The "Middle Silence" download is five minutes long. Once you have placed as many five minute
Middle Silence tracks after the podcast track, you may then make the final track of your meditation the
Closing Chime, also available to downnload on this page.

So, for example, to design a 30 (or so) minute sitting you would create a playlist and place the
Podbreath podcast as the first track.
By repeating the five minute "Middle Silence"  track to your
playlist before the Closing Chime track you may
make your meditation last 30 minutes long.
